How to Enter the Modelling Competitions |

Entry Forms Entry forms can be downloaded or printed from the Downloads page. Entry forms are also available from Modelair, 12 Kent Street, Newmarket, Auckland Entry forms will also be available at the registration desk at the venue on the 21st Sept, 2013 from 9-11am. Note: A separate entry form is required for each model entered.
Registration Registration is at the venue between 9am to 11am on Saturday 21 September 2013. Please bring your models, entry form and model registration fee (CASH only please). We recommend that you arrive with your entry forms filled out to speed up the processing of entries.
Registering On-line Registration forms may be returned via email any time before the 21st Sept, 2013. This is highly recommended especially if you have lots of models. To register on-line: ● go to the Downloads page and type your details into the Competition Entry Form ● either print out the Competition Entry Form, sign it and email it to: IPMSAuckland@gmail.com ● or electronically sign it and use the email button on the form to send it to IPMS Auckland.
You will be sent a confirmation email and be issued with an Entry Number for each model entered. Please print out the email and bring it to the registration desk with your model and model registration fee.
What are the Competition Entry Fees? There are two competitions being held - an OPEN (Public) Competition that anyone may enter and an IPMS NZ Competition that is restricted to current IPMS members.
The Entry Fee for the OPEN (Public) Competition is $2 per model up to five models. Additional models are free to enter. There is no limit to the number of models that may be entered.
The IPMS NZ Competition is FREE to enter for current members of IPMS NZ (all branches), an overseas IPMS branch or a model club participating in the event. Entrants will be required to provide proof of current IPMS membership or participating membership on the day of the competition. (see the Contact Us page for becoming an IPMS Auckland member)
All competitors are entitled to free entry to the show on both days of the event.
What do I do with my model? Once your model competition entry has been accepted you will be given an entry card for each model entered. You will be required to place each model on the competition tables with its entry card. Club members will be on hand to assist.
Under no circumstances must other competitors models be moved or handled.
Models can be collected at the end of the show between 4pm and 6pm on Sunday 22nd Sept, 2013. |
